Privacy Policy:
We at LoTech Games will not provide your email address to any third party that is not wholly owned by LoTech Games. We have an opt in only newsletter. The newsletter is designed to be non-intrusive and will always have an opt out link for those of you who do not wish to receive it. Alternatively, you can email us directly with a short removal message, and we will immediately take you off our list.
Order Processing:
Your credit card transactions are handled by a secure third party server through
an 128-bit encryption link. Your credit card information is not stored on any of
LoTech Games' servers and is not retrievable through our database.
Shipping Policies:
At LoTech Games, we believe that you should have access to ALL shipping options.
If you live within Texas, or are ordering a lightweight item, your shipping charge
will likely be cheaper than our $9 flat rate offer. However, if you're ordering
multiple items then the $9 flat rate is for you. If you order $125 of merchandise
or over, then you qualify for free shipping. We will ship all over the world, but we
can not offer our $9 flat rate shipping or free shipping outside of the contiguous United States. Also, we can not offer these rates for PO Boxes. Please use the USPS option when shipping to a PO Box.
International Shipping costs A LOT of money. I can almost guarantee that your order will cost more than $50 to ship. Please do not ask for quotes unless you have read this and are willing pay the extreme cost of shipping.
Return Policies:
You have 14 days after delivery to return a product for a full refund (minus
shipping). Refunds for games will be given only if the game is unopened and still in shrink wrap. If your item was damaged during shipping, we will email you return postage. You just need to print the shipping label, tape it onto the box, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx Kinkos store or any other authorized FedEx shipping center. You must be able to print out Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). Click here to find the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.
