Pre-Order FAQ


Why is the pre-order price only $10?:
At LoTech Games, we don't believe that you should have to pay full price for a game before it is released.  Why should you spend all your money now on an item that you won't get up to a month or two later?  Your money is better spent on other things (like buying another game from us).
 
When will the game be in stock?:
At the top of the pre-order page, there is an expectation date.  If the date changes, then we will keep the page up to date.  Some manufacturers are very good at hitting their dates, others are not.  Please understand that the date on your game may move out longer than you were hoping.  However, we try not to put games up for presale unless they are fairly close to production.
 
What is the final cost of the game that I want?:
At the top of the pre-order page, there are two prices: the retail price and the LoTech Games Price.  The LoTech Games price represents the total cost to you (minus any taxes).  In other words, it does not include the $10 discount.

How do I pay for the rest of what I owe?:
At LoTech games, you only pay $10, up front for your pre-order.  Once the item comes in, we will create a special preorder pick up link.  The product will have the $10 already taken off the price.  You will be emailed this link.  Click on the link, and add the product to your cart as you would any other purchase.

Can I add anything else to my order?:
Yes you can, but anything else you order will be shipped as normal (within a business day).

Will my pre-order dollars count towards the $100 free shipping?:
Yes.

Does Texas state tax count towards the free shipping total?:
For customers who live in Texas, state tax does NOT count towards free shipping.

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?:
If you, for any reason, you decide not to purchase your preorder, then we can only issue you a $10 store credit.
